Joe Familia’s interest in design and buildings started at an early age during his childhood on world famous Canal Street and in the French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana. Surrounded by extraordinary and world-renowned architecture, Joe immersed himself in the history and creativity of the city. He developed an intuitive appreciation for the aesthetically appealing and an understanding of structural integrity. A third generation construction and property management family member, Joe has parlayed his passion for design into a successful business. As the head of Fixture Installers USA, Joe’s 30+ years in the construction and fixture installation industry has led him to develop a lead by example attitude, tempered with a lot of grace.

Tim is the Project Coordinator and Master Installer for Fixture Installers USA and has been with the company for 10 years. Tim has helped to bring life to one of the largest Tommy Hilfiger shops in the country, located in Biloxi, MS, where a 3800 square foot retail display was installed. Tim’s accomplishments with the company include nationally renowned vendors such as Levi, Ralph Lauren, Polo, Nautica and Croscill. Known among his peers as a “real person”, Tim receives many compliments from those who enjoy working with him.

Steve Sandburg has been with Fixture Installers for 8 years and also works as a Project Coordinator and Master Installer. With a reputation for making sure every project is “tight”, Steve has helped to roll out installations for Croscill, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren Polo, Nautica, Liz Claiborne and Levi. You know it’s right when it’s Sandburg Tight!

With over 35 years of experience in the construction and retail industry, Bill is the walking textbook for the company. Bill has been involved in many large-scale installation projects in his role as Project Coordinator for Familia Construction.

Art has worked and traveled with FIUSA as a fixture installer/site supervisor for over ten years. He is from Phoenix, Arizona but has made his roots in Madison, MS over the last 20 years, with his wife, a native of Mississippi. Art has worked and served FIUSA in the creative aspect as a master cabinet maker and the technical side as a fixture installer.

Marcus has caompleted hundreds of fixture installations throughout the United States. Hie is proficient in fine cabinet making and installing the most technical fixtures. Marcus has been with FIUSA for three years and counting. He lives in Madison, MS with his wife, Abbie.
